[cisco-voip] RingList.xml from 7.x load to 8.0(4)

Problem:  You mixed Star Trek and Star Wars sounds in the same ringlist. 
  This will cause your phone to implode.

Also I think the title should read "Captain Kirk" not "Captian Kir".

Aside from typos and sci-fi-mixing errors, I don't see anything :-)
