[cisco-voip] RingList.xml from 7.x load to 8.0(4)

I think I figured it out, my ringlist.xml was replaced by another admin
with a ringlist.xml with spaces in the ring names, which is bad. Had
nothing to do with the DevicePackage upgrade!

I upgraded my CallManager/7960s default loads via the DevicePack36 for
4.1(3) and now my 7960s under Settings > Ring Type > Default returns Bad
Ring List File.

Did anything change with the RingList file in newer loads?

I don't see anything wrong and RingList.xml worked previously.
