[cisco-voip] IPCC agent status

All,

I have just started a new job with a company that is having a little issue 
with CM and IPCC Express.   Everytime they see the following message in 
their RTMT email alerts the IPCC agents that are in a ready status are put 
into a not ready status. 

At 12:54:05 on 01/23/2007 on node 10.X.X.X.
Call Manager heartbeat rate below 24 beats per minute.
Current heartbeat rate is 22 beats per minute.

 They are a pretty big IPCC shop with about 200 agents.  Although active 
calls are not getting disconnected it seems to be a big inconvenience for 
the agents as you might imagine.  There is a co-worker here working on the 
issue with TAC but I thought I would throw it out to the list to see if 
someone has seen this issue before.
