[cisco-voip] Show Gatekeeper Endpoints flapping

can calls be routed over the GK controlled trunks in spite of the flaps?
how often does it flap? does it flap constantly? network connectivity
(LAN, WAN) between CCMs and GK?

try to debug the RAS signaling between the CCMs and the GK maybe you
see something suspicious...
