[cisco-voip] Hunt Pilot hangs call

Hi,
We have one department where their DN belong to different Line Groups
grouped in different Hunt Pilots.
The distribution algorithm is "Longest idle time" and if the call is not
answered it jumps to the next member but on the next group.
The problem is that when all the extensions in one Line group are busy,
user who is calling can hear the tone 2 or 3 times and then suddenly he
listens the busy tone (as if somebody has hung the call).
Is this behavior normal?
