[cisco-voip] Speed Dials and CME

I have a user with a 7961 and 2 7914 expansion modules.  They are asking
for their (4) speed dials to the paging DNs to show up on the display of
the phone instead of showing up on the expansion modules.  It appears
that if I configure 1 line on the 7961 and then skip to button 7 (first
line of the expansion module) to configure the rest of the lines the
speed dials still appear at the end of the list on the expansion
modules.  Any way to move them to buttons 2-5 on the phone itself?
