[cisco-voip] IPCC questions?

Hello,

We are currently using IPCC Express version 3.1.3 and would like to know 
how to set up priority queueing.  Also if possible we will also like to 
know if there is a way of obtaining a report that shows how many times a 
menu option has been piked. We are currently doing the last by means of a 
separate route point but will prefer to do so within the same application. 
We are using crystal reports.
