I should clarify I'm yanking the NIC cables on all but the last
dial-peer simulating a disaster scenario..

Is the below reasonable? There are 7 subscribers and last one is a
remote subscriber. What I'm seeing is 10.32.45.7 doesn't always go thru,
caller hears dead-air after long period of time after dialing 8800. Or
is this a IOS bug? Is there a max value the PSTN expects the call to be
connected in and all time h323 timeouts to 10.60.10.X network is taking
too long? The latency is about 40ms end-end.

Debug voip dialpeer all shows the dial-peer matches, I didn't capture a
debug h225 asn1 or debug voip ccapi inout to get more detail.
