[cisco-voip] DTMF failure after IOS upgrades

I am also experiencing DTMF failure after an IOS
upgrade on a 2600 series gateway. I upgraded from 12.3
to 12.4 and now the trunk group pilot is kaput.
Strangely, the letter "D" gets sent to the router.
Even more strange is the fact that the upgrade from
12.3 to 12.4 fixed the letter "D" being sent to the
router whenever users would try to press "*". So
customer currently has a choice of don't let the
public call the primary commercial line or lack access
to voicemail remotely. ARGH!%!@$
