There's also the CFwdAll softkey which works wonders for diverting  
calls.

calls to VM?  You can setup the Immediate divert softkey or if you want
to sent a call to VM rather then ring any extension you can setup a
route pattern of *extension with a Route Point to VM.

Hi All,

We have a Call Manager 4.1(3) system which we have recently installed,
and
one piece of functionality that we have not yet been able to reproduce
from
our old PABX was the ability for the switchboard to set a call diversion
on
a DN from the switchboard phone, without having to use the web interface
into Call Manager itself (a situation we are trying to avoid).  Can
anyone
provide some pointers on how this can be done?
