[cisco-voip] Delayed Detected Busy Tone - CCM integrated with SIP IVR

Dear All,

I am deploying the SIP IP-IVR integrated with CCM4.0, they are connected via
SIP trunk. When users try to make PSTN calls, they dial a specific DN and
then transfered to IVR with voice guidance of passcode for authorization.
Everything goes pretty well except when they get the busy tone, the IP-IVR
should detect the returned code of "486" right after a few seconds and then
play a greeting but it waits for 30 seconds. I was wondering is it about
some ISDN timers, I tried to adust the CCM system parameters and MGCP
gateway ISDN t306 but still the same. Any comments will be very grateful.
