[cisco-voip] secondary dial-tone (9) on VG224

Lelio,
I experienced this issue on a CCME 4.0 installment. I
think that the secondary dialtone will not be sent to
the analog device unfortunately. I might be wrong...if
you find a solution to this, please feel free to
share. I just told the users that they won't get a
secondary dialtone with non-IP phones and they
accepted that answer.
