Does he have another ext or is she trying to transfer to the same ext that she picked the phone from?
Don't think you can transfer to yourself (if it is the same DN).

Subject: [cisco-voip] SOS: Transfer not working
Suddenly when a secretary answers user's A shared line from her phone
(7971 + expansion module) and she tries to transfer the call to user A, his
phone doesn't ring and the call doesn't appear neither. I'm using CCM 4.1,
any ideas?
