[cisco-voip] SOS: Transfer not working

Suddenly when a secretary answers user's A shared line from her phone (7971
+ expansion module) and she tries to transfer the call to user A, his phone
doesn't ring and the call doesn't appear neither. I'm using CCM 4.1, any
ideas?
