[cisco-voip] CAS T1 E&M lines seized and stuc

Ugh. 7 hours later with TAC, the LEC, the customer,
and co-workers, it's chalked up to a failed VWIC. I
didn't get any other tickets done and it wasn't even
our fault. Color me pissed and irritated. >:(
