[cisco-voip] Re-Doing a CCM5 AD integration...

Currently the telephoneNumber field has 10-digits... phones have
4-digit extensions.

If you do a directory search in Attendant Console, you see question
marks instead of line state.

If you create manual speed dials with the 4-digits, you can see line state fine.

Customer doesn't want to change the telephoneNumber field in AD.
