[cisco-voip] Re-Doing a CCM5 AD integration...

To be honest, this project is done... I am very willing to make them
change the numbers to 4 digits... the way I described the population
of the ipPhone field, then nuking the AD integration, and recreating
all the user settings scared the crap out of them... but I figure it
is worth checking... maybe there is a way to update that field and not
destroy everything else...
