[cisco-voip] CUE: Access to personal mailbox from outside

Hi,
how can i set up the CUE so a user who has a mailbox can access it when 
calling from outside (PSTN).
When i call, i get connected to the Autoattendant, i press the internal 
extension that the VMPilotPoint has and i get:
"There is no mailbox for this extension, please wait while i 'll 
transfer you to the operator"

I use the AIM card on a 2811 and i have 12 mailbox license. It is 
integrated with a 5.0(4) CCM
