Here's what I've come up with: anything else?
CME 4.1
-No Extension Mobility
-No Attendant console (but it has a "real" BLF)
-No webdialer
-Site Wide speed dials harder to manage - file stored on router instead
of CTI port in CM.
-Another management console to learn/teach for moves, adds and changes
-Another user login and password (not tied to AD for user or management GUI)
-No I-divert softkey
-Can access CM directory
Unity Express 2.3
-Voicemails are just a .wav file, no viewmail, user has to use media player
-User's outlook has to be configured with IMAP connection
-VoiceView Express - voicemail GUI is available on the phone itself
-Auto Attendant scripts are similar to IPCC scripting
-Can network with Unity
-Shares management console with CME so only 1 place to manage phones and
voicemail for that site
-Shares user database with CME
-VM doesn't show up on blackberry
