[cisco-voip] getting dial-tone when dialing into FXO port while in SRST mode

Ok, I know this is simple, but I can't find the solution. Or at least what I think I need.

While in SRST mode, when I dial into the FXO port I get dial-tone. I need it to go to a particular number. In my readings, I see that you can configure "connection plar" on the voice port, but from what I gather I'm not supposed to add config statements to the voice port when I'm using "ccm-manager config".

I reordered my dial-peers so the 999020 is at the top and my 20 is after it. I thought I could add the "incoming called number" like I did on the PRIs, but no go. I was thinking I just needed to configure the dial-peer voice 20 to modify the inbound calling number to match my extension.

Any ideas?

!
dial-peer voice 999020 pots
 service mgcpapp
 port 0/2/0
!
dial-peer voice 20 pots
 incoming called-number 61001
 port 0/2/0
!

When I dial in I get

.Jun 12 18:10:25: %CALL_CONTROL-6-APP_NOT_FOUND: Application mgcpapp in dial-peer 999020 not found. Handing callid 11 to the alternate app Default.
