[cisco-voip] ipccx IVR Traffic Analysis Report

The reports can not be compared side by side as they look at different
things.  For example the traffic analysis looks for a distinct sessionID
and contactype=1 or incoming.  CCDR call by call lets you set a filter
for contactype=5 or transfers.

reports.

can someone explain what this report is pulling.  Its saying incoming
calls.  but what incoming call ...ICD DID Transfer  or all the above.
the issue we are have is the incoming icd calls are not matching up to
this reports numbers
