[cisco-voip] ccm 4.1.3 fct conencted fxo ports issue

the busy problem may be from the provider, if u have a mobile with that provider how often do u got that busy tone?? maybe the percentage of call setup failure at the provider is relatively high.

Hi 

i got ccm 4.1.3  and  have gateway with vic2-4fxo card for FCT conections (for gsm cals)

it often gives busy signal when i try to call outside. I make 10 calls and  7 of them gives busy signal. i try again and then i can call. What can be the reason of fxo ports connected fct mostly give me busy signals.

 

below u can see voice-port confis on gateway router/

 

voice-port 0/1/0

no battery-reversal
timing hookflash-out 500

 

 

Note : i used  no  battery reversal  to  call the fct numbers from pstn.

when i call from pstn,call comes to fxo port and then it redirected to number which is specified on the callmanger config  Attendant DN,  

but when i enable batterey reversal  then the calls from pstn to fct can not be redirected to Attendant DN

 

any idea
