[cisco-voip] IPIP-GW Implementations

Dear Joseph,
I have implemented IP to IP Gateway via GK, but not have used CCM. My IP
gateway is AS 5400 and i am doing static nat through ASA 5510 with single
Public IP to single Private IP Address. My As5400 is connected to PSTN.
