[cisco-voip] Hit the 512 character limit in a CSS. Now what?

CM 4.1.3sr2.  Just tried to add a PhonePT to my VoicemailCSS and got the 
  popup that says that I've got too many characters in my CSS.

If I rename existing partitions to {Sitename} rather than 
{Sitename}PhonePT, that will make it shorter and everything should fit. 
  It says that you need to reset CM - does this mean a full reboot of 
all the boxes, or what?
