[cisco-voip] number presentation on call forward

Depends on the router type (ie mgcp vs h323).   In your case though I  
doubt it's the redirecting IE, but rather the number CM is putting in  
the calling party IE.

Is there a way to have redirecting IE outbound enabled, but selectively
suppress it on the router?
