[cisco-voip] Connection Monitor Duration

Something doesn't sit well with me with a Connection Monitor Duration of 120 seconds. Having to wait 2 minutes before a phone registers with SRST seems like a long time to wait, especially if you have someone stuck in an elevator during a power outage. :(

Has anyone changed this to something lower, like 30 seconds and seen any adverse affects?
