Upgrade OS I prefer 2000.4.3a train the best
Upgrade CM 3.2 to 3.3
Upgrade CM 3.3 to 4.1

Has anyone here performed a CCM 3.2 -> CCM 4.1 upgrade? 

I have just received information that our organization will have to
perform this pleasant-as-pulling-teeth event in mid-May if all things go
as planned on the customer's side of the fence.

If you *have* performed such a feat, I would like to know any details
you are willing to divulge about this so I can gauge the dose of
painkillers I'm going to have to abuse...and perform a cost estimate.
