[cisco-voip] Other Call Center Alternatives

Is anyone using another Call Center product out there that integrates well 
with Call Mgr 4.1.3?  We have reached the limits on our IPCC Express 
server for users and supervisors and would like to investigate 
alternatives.   IPCC Enterprise represents a large increase in price so I 
would prefer not to go tthat route.   We would like a product that offers 
redundancy and good reporting functionality (including custom reports). 
Another IPCC Express box is an option but I'd like some other ideas.
