[cisco-voip] Cisco Revoking Drive Pull Support!

I perhaps overstepped on this one a bit.  My sincere apologies.

 

According to Cisco, drive pulls are supported for upgrade failures, but
not for a source of system backups.  BARS is still considered the only
supported backup method.
