So customers who followed the field notice version 1.2 in February and
applied 8.0(4)SR2 do they need to go back and go to 8.0(4)SR3 for any
specific bug id or reason?

Removed reference to 8.0(4) SR2 and replaced with 8.0(4) SR3 and removed
caveat below table in Workaround/Solution section.
