[cisco-voip] IE 7 and Cisco Agent Desktop...

There was a previous thread on this, where it apparently just affects the installation and if you uninstall IE7 and go back to IE6 you can install CAD fine.  Then per the previous thread, the person was able to install IE7 after CAD was installed and CAD worked fine still.   I haven't tried this myself however. 

With above and DST in mind, if people update to something other then 4.0(5) they may have to remove IE7 from users PCs who updated to IE7 after CAD was installed.

Okay, well for those of us who have 4.0(4) and don't feel like re-running the upgrade (again)... are we just hosed?

 

I mean, it isn't a problem if we are, I am getting very used to it.

So, any word yet from Cisco when they are patching CAD/CSD? Just curious 'cuz I have a couple of customers who think IE7 doesn't suck and want to deploy it, I told em sure, but not in their call center...
