[cisco-voip] Resetting All Phones on a System

Well, how long are you willing to be down? I say this because phones will be
limited on how fast they can reregister to prevent the CallManager from
getting killed.
I don't recall the exact numbers (something like 50 phones per minute...),
but you are going to be down for awhile.
