[cisco-voip] Name Directory not working

I have a client running Call Manager Express and Unity Express. One of the
users cannot be found in the dial by name directory. The only thing I see is
that instead of this user being added to the system, someone just modified
old user information (that the new one replaced). The CME userid is the old
user id and the Unity Mailbox userid is the old user as well. My guess is
that because of this it is probably looking at the old user somehow and we
should readd the new user with their information and create the box
associated with them. Can anyone concur with this or is there something else
I should be looking into?
