CME Version is dependant on the used IOS Version:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/prod_installation_guide09186a00805acf50.html

The core CME functions do not need additional files! The additional
files comprise of firmware loads for the different ip phones, the cme
gui files, b-acd script etc... you can download the appropriate files
for your CME version (IOS version) from CCO:
http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/ip-key

Documentations for setup, configuration, etc:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/sw/voicesw/ps4625/products_documentation_roadmap09186a0080189132.html
the "System Administration Guides" are good documents..
