[cisco-voip] IVR DST Updates

Hi Cathy,

Thanks for the response.  I don't have any CRS desktop
agents, so I'm hoping that won't affect me.  My IVRs
are only used for queuing and prompting--no agent
selection.  At least I have a bit more confidence in
this upgrade.
