[cisco-voip] 7970s dark after phoneload update

Yea, after the cable/power was unplugged and plugged back in,  all is fine with the phones with problem.

Not sure about the background since they use default, so...  but when you got a cluster with say 500 phones and 40 or so are in this state , both locally to the CCM and some remote people start to ask what is going on with the phones.

Ah - when the phones were finally rebooted, were things like screen 
background reset back to the "leaves" pattern?  That's what happened in 
our case to some of the phones.
