One thing worth mentioning is that if you're powering the phone using
power over ethernet switches is that if you shutdown and then no
shutdown the port this will reset the power to the port, I've used this
to unstick one phone remotely before now when it wasn't even dhcping an
address for some reason without going all the way over there.
