[cisco-voip] 7970s dark after phoneload update

Just curious, what switch were these phones connected to? My 7970s had the
same symptoms when connected to a 4006 Catalyst, but had no problems on a
6509. I ended up using a Powerdsine PoE midspan on the 4006 just to get it
to work. Unplugging/plugging didn't work and I'm using PoE modules on the
4006.
