[cisco-voip] New DST Patch? Cisco Appliance OS Daylight SavingsTime (DST) 2007 Update

I'm guessing it's the simplistic form of the patch. If i recall correctly all the regular patch for windows is, is a registry change. Besides this time change that registry entry probably hasn't been changed since windows 95 in the US at least so in theory it shouldn't affect or be affected by any subsequent non related updated
