[cisco-voip] New DST Patch? Cisco Appliance OS Daylight SavingsTime (DST) 2007 Update

So the stand-alone patch combines the OS Patch + the patches included in 
the latest ES?  From reading the release notes it appeared as if the 
standalone patch was an alternative to installing ES89.1 or higher.  Am 
I misunderstanding what I read?
