[cisco-voip] BARS 4.0(12) error on copying IIS CCMCIP files

I've done 4 different customers with 4.0(12) and get it on each one.

I think the CCMCIP backup is new for 4.0(12).

Anyone seen this with BARS 4.0(12)? Doesn't seem to happen on earlier
versions.
