[cisco-voip] BARS 4.0(12) error on copying IIS CCMCIP files

Yea, a friend just worked with TAC on this and they said it may be bug CSCsg99385 and not to use 4.0(12) for now. That bug is not visible. Also, another bug is CSCsh48640 where CSA conflicts with BARS. On my lab server, I get this BARS error with CSA disabled and not running so...

I've done 4 different customers with 4.0(12) and get it on each one.



I think the CCMCIP backup is new for 4.0(12).
