[cisco-voip] IPCC Express Reporting

Is there a report in IPCC express that will show a summary of Not  
ready reason's by agent, to include agent selected reasons and system  
reasons.

For example, the customer wants to see the following by agent:

	Duration Not Ready due to manually selecting Not Ready
	Duration Not Ready due to missing a call
	Duration Not Ready due to placing an outbound call
