OK.

Go to Appadmin

Historical Reporting users

Add a user (or search for him) and make sure you select the ICD option.

Go to tools - Plugins

Download and install Historical Reporting (NOT ON THE IPCC SERVER!) to a PC,
install.

Open the app on the PC... scroll thru the canned reports, one of them is
what you are looking for.
