[cisco-voip] Echoes after upgrades

Yeah, I thought (it's been a long week) but as you know, when I thought
I was upgrading, I actually downgraded the phones and the echoes were
there.  Now I corrected the err of my ways and am running 8.2(1) but the
echoes are still there.

You UPGRADED the 7941 to 7.0.3??

Before you go any further upgrade it to 8.2(1) to get the DST fix.   
Then check your echo.
