[cisco-voip] Callmanager 5.1 and Extension Mobility

With Callmanager 5 extension Mobility, if we do a bulk update to the UDP (User Device Profiles) Line settings this also updates the device line profile (SEP device and ADP). Its like the all profiles are sharing the line configuration. Is there away to bulk update independently? We would like to end up with a logged out (SEP profile)  state that has tighter call restrictions than the logged in profile (UDP).
