[cisco-voip] Callmanager 5.1 and Extension Mobility

Are you actually using the same line on both the Device Profile and
the actual Device?!?
same line meaning same Number AND same Partition...

If you are using different lines and BAT updates/changes both lines,
that would sound like a bug to me...
