[cisco-voip] 7970s not showing correct time

Looks like the fix for CSCsh12444 will take care of this.   I'll be  
updating the public notes for the bug as right now they aren't very  
helpful.

This fix will be in 8.2(2).

Well, as additional data (hopefully not noise), we had about 300 phones
that are in the same timezone as CM (and they have a local subscriber).
    They didn't need a reset and they had the correct time this morning.
