[cisco-voip] 7970s not showing correct time

I'm working with the phone developers on this. Anyone hitting this
please hold off from opening a TAC case. I'll update the list with
what I find out, including a bug ID if necessary.

Well, as additional data (hopefully not noise), we had about 300 phones
that are in the same timezone as CM (and they have a local subscriber).
They didn't need a reset and they had the correct time this morning.
