[cisco-voip] Multicast MOH config

I have configured Multicast MoH in a lab for testing.  Setup is:

Call Mgr (4.1.3)--> 2851- > T1 cossover - > 3845 -> 2 IP phones.

I have configured Call Mgr and the 3845 per the "SRST as a Multicast MOH 
Resource" documentation on CCO.  When I enable the remote site phones with 
MOH it is playing about 2 seconds of "Sample audio source"(Call Mgr 
multicast MOH audio source) and then 2 seconds of music-on-hold.au (SRST 
local file) and continues to alternate.  Multicast is not enabled on the 
routers and I even configured a multicast boundary to make sure multicast 
doesn't leave the 2851.  I also put a sniffer on one of the phones to see 
where the MOH is coming from and it only shows the local router in the 
capture.  Anyone seen this issue before?
